GUIDELINES FOR RESOURCE LOANS

1.  Resources are loaned to members and Meetings of North Carolina Yearly Meeting.  Other usage must be approved on an individual basis.

2.  The borrower is responsible for the proper use and handling of the resources.  If a resource is damaged, please report it to the Yearly Meeting Office.

3.  Resources may be checked out for a maximum of one month. Some curriculums are featured as study series; therefore, you may need longer usage.  Please call to extend check out.

4.  There is no fee for resource usage. However, the individual or Meeting will be responsible for postage if resources need to be mailed.

5.  DVD/Video resources are assigned numbers when purchased.  Numbers range from 1-600, the higher the number, the more recently purchased. 

6.  Our Yearly Meeting Christian Education Committee funds a satellite subscription with Christian Communications Network (CCN).  CCN produces monthly Church Leadership Training Seminars featuring well-known writers, authors, musicians, great communicators, teachers, and preachers. These seminars cover a variety of topics, from leadership development, effective small groups, worship, evangelism, children‰¥ús ministry, marriage, etc‰¥Ï
