our youth! Encourage their spiritual development as current and future
leaders by helping to cover all or part of their registration cost to
an event!
With many families facing economic
struggles, it can be difficult for them to send their youth to all of
the Yearly Meeting activities they would like to attend. A gift
certificate is a way for parents or grandparents to give attendance to
an activity as a gift for Christmas, a birthday, or even a reward for
good behavior! Gift certificates also make great prizes for
church youth events and provide a tangible way for interested members
of your Meeting to support the spiritual development of your young
friends. Certificates go towards the registration cost of any
Young Friends or Young Adult event. They may also be used
for Quaker Lake Summer Camp.
To purchase a gift certificate, simply download the purchase form, fill
it out, and mail it in, with payment in the form of a check or credit
card number, to the Yearly Meeting Office. You may choose for it
to be mailed to you, the purchaser, or directly to the recipient.
Gift certificates may be purchased for any amount over $25.
To redeem a certificate, the recipient simply mails it in with
their event registration, and it is applied towards their registration
cost for that event.
