Web Page Building Handbook

I. Why have a monthly meeting web page?

The world wide web is an extremely effective communications and evangelism tool for the 21^st Century.

When people move to a new area they often check the web to learn about their new community and its resources - your Meeting home page could be their introduction and welcome to your Church community!

Members and attenders would have another way to keep in touch with the life of the Meeting - this is especially important if they have had to move away from the Meeting because of work or school.

You could post the weekly Bulletin or Meeting Newsletter; share general information about the Meeting (directions, worship times, mission statement, what it offers, history etc.); introduce the gospel of Christ and the testimonies Friends draw from His Word.
